I am DISGUSTED that they charged me eighty dollars for something that's listed as $45. they look like a CHILD did them. told when I came back my nails are too small, then why even do them?refused to give me a refund of any kind, offered to redo them after she said my nails were TOO SMALL. I'm going to do everything in my power to ensure this place STOPS robbing people blind. Hi guys remember me? Yeah. This will be fun.

Today I had the worst experience in 40 years of getting my nails done. When I arrived I expressed that I wanted a spa pedicure and manicure, but wanted the manicure first. I was told to go sit in the pedicure chair and I asked why? I was told that my nails would be done there and the woman who may have been the owners daughter proceeded to fill basin with cool water and told me to submerge my feet. I asked to make the water warmer. Then she proceeded to cut and file my nails unevenly. After she was finished filing them, I said they are so uneven and the woman said she didn't know what I wanted. I asked for a round nail and was left with jaggard uneven nails and then took the emery board from her to make my nails even. The woman was so inapt that I said I did not want my cuticles cut. The manicure was quick and abrasive and the woman was paying more attention to watching the show "...Housewives ...." than doing my nails and did a terrible, awful job. The pedicure was more disappointing. She hurt me when she cut my nails and it certainly was not a spa pedicure. The brushes were dirty and nothing was sterile. When she was done, she said put your own shoes on, your nails are dried. I did and ruined my nails. The owner was not wearing a mask and the woman that took care of me had her mask below her nose. This was the most terrible service of my whole left and even if I was desperate, I wouldn't go back there.

This is the worst customer service in Sullivan county. My daughter asked for stiletto nails and instead of saying no I don't know she did the most horrible job I have seen. She also asked for ombré nails and she did not deliver. When I say she I mean the owner of the place. She did not like that I voiced my opinion on a service I was paying for. This place is not worth it find another place.

Me and my mom used to come to Da VI nails all the time! Recently the lady was giving my mom a pedicure and she was rushing! My mom asked her to please slow down and that she was hurting her and the lady just ignored my mothers request! Turns out she cut my moms big toe by not paying attention! We decided never to go back! We would rather spend our money on another place that will do a better job!
