Description
We have a lake property, which is a 5-acre spot. 3.5 acres is wooded, and the rest is pasture. It has a beautiful view of Lake Herrington and is located on a dead end, private road.It has a covered Pavilion with partial stairs going down to the lake. As it is now, it is more user-friendly for younger dogs, although my two 12 year old dogs can still climb down to the water. We are working on getting stairs or a ramp all the way down. You will have to step down some rocks to get to the water, but the rocks are like tiered steps, so it isn't that bad. The lake rises and falls throughout the year so the distance can vary, but it is still fairly close. This spot is in a no wake zone, so it is quiet and calm for swimming.
