@Ask_Spectrum if by assist you mean not help me at all, then yes that is what i'm finding. if by assist you mean actually do something about the problem, then in fact that is not true.

@Ask_Spectrum UPDATE: at 08:36EST today i was told by your less than helpful customer service agent that a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. it is now 12:45EST ... ⏰ STILL WAITING. this is my whole point! spectrum doesn't care about their customers at all. it's all about 💰

@GetSpectrum is literally thee worst cable company in the world. they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing since they took over time warner. so sick of this. time to change. 😤

Now @GetSpectrum is trying to find techs for later today "pending availability." Of course, if they don't bother to ring doorbell or knock on the front door it won't matter. Anyway, it's either fixed this weekend or Monday I cancel. Rather do without than continue this hassle.

@GetSpectrum why has my internet been an outages so frequently. I pay way too much and cost keeps increasing yet service is decreasing... especially since many of us need our services to work. Get it together.

I love paying @GetSpectrum tons of money each month to have service that is down constantly and not even get a credit for the **** service they are providing. But of course it’s a monopoly and have no other service options so they get away with being awful.

@Ask_Spectrum it’s been three days on the phone and no one can help me. I was lied to by a Spectrum employee and switched my plan. Now I’m told they can’t put me back for the same price. Beware!
