  Since @GetSpectrum never works with their customers and there associates are smart asses, we left them. We got @Iglou and I wish I would have switched sooner.

  @GetSpectrum Credit where credit is due. Spectrum fixed the billing issue. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was fully resolved without me paying the incorrect bill

  I'm so glad that on my days off when I have the chance to do something I want my internet doesn't work. I'm the only one on it and can't stay connected. It's gotten worse since you guys lied to us and told us someone called you to replace our router when no one did @GetSpectrum
