Now @GetSpectrum is trying to find techs for later today "pending availability." Of course, if they don't bother to ring doorbell or knock on the front door it won't matter. Anyway, it's either fixed this weekend or Monday I cancel. Rather do without than continue this hassle.

I love paying @GetSpectrum tons of money each month to have service that is down constantly and not even get a credit for the **** service they are providing. But of course it’s a monopoly and have no other service options so they get away with being awful.

Just had a @GetSpectrum tech out here at the house for 2 hours. We need a boost to our services, and a new modem. He said we may still experience some drops in service, but it's due to people working from home and accessing the same lines. But at least we have a stronger signal.
