The staff was so helpful and went above and beyond their duties to help us out securing our storage unit, notifying us of the wrong type of lock we used and got us another one, and taking into account our unique situation. Highly recommend.

Reserved storage not available. Had to rent 2 units for my stuff. Is that a money scheme? It’s 2 pm. 2 worker inside on duty. Not prepared to accept cash. Neither wanted to open register. Not informed that I could use my card. Took me half an hour to purchase to a $9.95 lock. Ridiculous.they help make my move a nightmare
