Overall a very good experience across the 10 years. Building was generally well maintained and clean. While it would have better for management to be physically onsite more consistently they were consistently available by phone.

I went to my storage unit and it was dirty with a mattress. I soon discovered THERE WERE NO FLAT CARTS which made my load/unload more time consuming! The dock could be better as there's a toe rail in the way and no ramps to fill the gap between the dock and the rear of the trailer! Again, it consumed more time. The facility is not disability friendly. I rented a dolly and they didn't have one which I thought should have been provided for free since there were no carts. So, again, I had to struggle with many trips! No one on the staff didn't think this was a big issue.

Bed was damaged from UHUAL building gutter, letting rain flood the UHUAL and I got low balled on a check and have to dig in my own pocket to replace the damaged items.Always difficult to get into the building. Manager never answered my calls about the damaged items. You get charged for a full month even if you don’t use the full month. Ended up being a scam and all my stuff was dirty. So yeah thanks Greensboro UHUAL

The unit had a pile of dirt left in the middle. There was no lock in the unit when I arrived as stated in the reservation confirmation. When accessing the building I was denied due to not having a card and an access code setup. I called the customer service number and the agent had no idea what i was talking about. Thankfully there was another tenant there that told me to go the office down the street. I arrived there at 656pm and the employees were closing the store although it said the store closes at 7pm. He reopened the store and setup my code and gave me a card to get into the building otherwise I would have had to wait until the next day which would have been unacceptable because I had to turn in the uhaul the next morning.

It was the absolute worst experience of my life. The man sold me a used storage unit and when I told him he acted as if he knew nothing about it so I said give me my money back and close the account he gave me my money back but didn’t close the account so they charged me again for the unit resulting in me having to keep the UhAul truck for a week and pay $400. He didn’t offer me another unit and he seemed mad that I was asking about closing the account because he gave me a used unit. I am very upset and have reached out to many people about this situation. I need someone to call me to rectify this matter.

It wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t good either. Smelled like moth balls and my things wouldn’t fit through the door of the unit. Also both times I was up there I was able to walk right in because doors were open and the units said they were 24 hour access but the office told me there was only specific times I could access it

Rate was different than what I was told when I made the reservation. Plus I was told I didn't make a reservation, however when I called the 800 line a reservation was seen but not at the store.

No one ever answers the phone or call you back in time. And when it’s locked there’s never no one at the location to assist. You have to wait for someone from another location to come and open it for you.
