@Ask_Spectrum Basically your monopoly in that you’re the only service offered in my area. I really think you need to understand and if you’re offering new customers plans that are $60 less than what I’m paying it would only be fair to offer it to everybody. Jmho

@Ask_Spectrum can you please tell me why it is so hard to find the information on your own WiFi service. Your instructions say to click on your router to see your WiFi info. Now there is nothing but troubleshooting prompts. I just need to access my network info and password.

Now @GetSpectrum is trying to find techs for later today "pending availability." Of course, if they don't bother to ring doorbell or knock on the front door it won't matter. Anyway, it's either fixed this weekend or Monday I cancel. Rather do without than continue this hassle.

I love paying @GetSpectrum tons of money each month to have service that is down constantly and not even get a credit for the **** service they are providing. But of course it’s a monopoly and have no other service options so they get away with being awful.
